Service Description
Treat yourself or your beloved the gift of a lifetime - the joy of connecting with our magical ponies! Learn how to talk Horse, discover the Wisdom they share. Choose from group sessions of varying lengths to suit age and experience, or book a private one-to-one session. Mini Pony Experience session (25 min) is great for first timers and younger children to have a golden time with out freindly ponies and experience what Pony Wisdom is about. Pony Day is 1.5 hours long and specially designed for those who would like to learn everything a horse person needs to know — from caring and handling to training and building a deeper emotional connection. They can enjoy a transformative experience with mindful grooming, groundwork exercises and horse agility. Program Schedule: • Pony Care (groom and pet a friendly pony) • Pony walking or Pony agility • Pony Day: Finish the challenge, demonstrate your skills, and earn your certificate! Learn to Talk Horse Programme (Included in all our sessions, with more structured teaching during Pony Day) As part of the Pony Day, each week we focus on a different topic, and you’ll receive a certificate once you’ve mastered the given skill. We cover these topics across three levels — entry, intermediate, and advanced — giving you the opportunity to build your skills step by step. Whether you own or loan a horse in the future, these skills will prepare you for every situation, while helping you grow valuable life skills like Empathy, Patience, and Resilience. ***Coming Soon: Pony Ride*** Soon we will be able to offer Pony Rides. Cancellation Policy
Pony Wisdom – Terms & Conditions By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Bookings All sessions must be booked in advance. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Last-minute bookings may be available on the day and can be paid by cash or card. As availability is limited, we cannot guarantee free slots. Please check with us via WhatsApp in the morning before coming. Sessions run in most weather conditions; appropriate clothing is required. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Cancellations or changes made more than 24 hours before your session may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened but the full fee still applies. If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather, pony welfare, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or full refund. 3. Safety & Behaviour Participants must follow all instructions given at all times. Running, shouting, or unsafe behaviour around ponies is not permitted. We reserve the right to end a session if behaviour compromises safety. No refund will be issued in this situation. 4. Clothing For safety, all participants must wear: Sturdy closed-toe footwear (no sandals or flip-flops) Weather-appropriate clothing Helmets will be provided where required. 5. Health & Medical Information Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs before the session. Participants take part at their own risk. 6. Pony Welfare Our ponies are cherished family members and their wellbeing comes first. Sessions may be adapted or stopped if a pony shows signs of discomfort or fatigue. Participants must treat ponies gently and respectfully at all times. 7. Photography & Artwork Photos may be taken during sessions for personal use. With your permission, we may share photos or artwork on our website or social media. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know. 8. Liability While every care is taken to provide a safe environment, working with animals carries inherent risk. Pony Wisdom cannot accept liability for injury or loss unless caused by proven negligence.
