By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Bookings

All sessions must be booked in advance. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Last-minute bookings may be available on the day and can be paid by cash or card. As availability is limited, we cannot guarantee free slots. If you have made a same-day booking, please contact us to confirm before attending.

Sessions run in most weather conditions; appropriate clothing is required.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours before your session may be rescheduled or refunded.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

For Pony Visits, the cancellation deadline is 10 days prior to the session.

If you arrive late, the session may be shortened but the full fee still applies.

 

If we need to cancel due to unsafe weather, pony welfare, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or full refund.

 

3. Safety & Behaviour

 

Participants must follow all instructions given at all times.

 

Running, shouting, or unsafe behaviour around ponies is not permitted.

 

We reserve the right to end a session if behaviour compromises safety. No refund will be issued in this situation.

 

4. Clothing

 

For safety, all participants must wear:

Sturdy closed-toe footwear (no sandals or flip-flops)

Weather-appropriate clothing

Helmets, body protectors and gloves will be provided where required.

 

5. Health & Medical Information

 

Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs before the session.

 

Participants take part at their own risk.

 

6. Pony Welfare

 

Our ponies are cherished family members and their wellbeing comes first.

 

Sessions may be adapted or stopped if a pony shows signs of discomfort or fatigue.

 

Participants must treat ponies gently and respectfully at all times.

 

7. Photography & Artwork

 

Photos may be taken during sessions for personal use.

 

With your permission, we may share photos or artwork on our website or social media. If you prefer not to appear in photos, please let us know.

 

8. Liability

 

While every care is taken to provide a safe environment, working with animals carries inherent risk. Pony Wisdom cannot accept liability for injury or loss unless caused by proven negligence.
